In the name of God Amen I Arthur Tyrrell belonging to the ship Sampson John Bromwell Commander riding at Ingeilee in Bengaal being sicke and weake but of sound and perfect Judgement And being desirous to sett things in order doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Revoking and adnulling by these presents to all and every Testament Will and Wills and Letters of Attorney heretofore by me declared either by word or writeing and this to be taken only for my last Will and Testament and none other ffirst & principally I commend my Soule to Almighty God my Creator hopeing to receive pardon for my manifold sins & transgressions and my body to be decently buried And as touching such worldly estate as the Lord hath lent me I doe order give and dispose the same in manner and forme following that is to say ffirst that all debts duties as I owe to in right or conscience to any manner of person or persons be well and truly contented and paid or ordained to be paid within convenient time after my decease Item I give and bequeath to Thomas Oley mariner belonging to the same ship all my wages that I have due to me and likewise all the cloathes that I have in the ship the marke of Arthur Tyrrell
