This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Tuxbury of West Lulworth in the County of Dorsett Made this Eighteenth day of March in the Year 1760 First I Give and divise to my Son John Tuxbury the Sum of ten Shillings and Sixpence, I Give and divise to my Son Frances Tuxbury the Sum of Eighty Pounds, I Give and Bequeath to my Son Thomas Tuxbury the Sum of Sixty Pounds As a Legacy Over and above his Right and Benifect as one of my joint Executors, I alsoe father give to my Son Thomas Tuxbury the Cottage I Latley Purchased Lying in the Parish of East Lulworth during the tearm of the Lease, O Ordaine and Bequeath to my Wife a fill Power to take to her Sole Use Any Partes or Parcels of my Household Goods that she shall think Proper before any division Whatsoever is Made of my Effects, Lastly All the Rest of my Goods and Chattels, I Give and Divise to my dear Wife Judeth Tuxbury And do Appoint and Ordaine them my joint Executors of this my Last Will and Teatament; I alsow Will and Ordaine and direct that After my decease that Her Part of What She Shall dy Possesed of Shall be divided betwixt my two sons Thomas Tuxbury and Richard Tuxbury
