This is the last will and testament of me John Turton of Westbromwich in the County of Stafford Bricklayer I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named out of my personal estate I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Ann Turton all my household goods and furniture bedding linen china money securities for money book debts and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of every kind and description and also all my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever with their several appurtenances To hold unto her my said wife for and during the term of her natural life And from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath all and singular my said household goods and furniture bedding linen china money securities for money book debts and all other my personal estate and effects and also all my said messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever with their several appurtenances unto my two sons James and William their heirs executors administrators and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants absolutely and for ever And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife and my friend Joseph Gregory of Westbromwich aforesaid Coal master joint Executors of this my Will and hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made I do hereby declare this to be my only true last will and testament In Witness whereof I the said John Turton have to this my last Will and testament set and subscribed my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty three
