In the Name of God Amen I John Turton of the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate London Victualler being of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath all my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever the same may consist of at the time of my decease (after my debts and ffuneral Expences shall be paid and satisfied) unto my loving Wife Elizabeth Turton her Executors Administrators and Assigns Nevertheless I do hereby request and desire that my said Wife Yearly and every year during the life of my ffather Thomas Turton pay and allow him the Annuity or Sum of ten pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain by even and equal quarterly payments And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and do declare this to be my only and true last Will and Testament And I do make constitute and appoint my said loving Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and thirty nine John Turton signed sealed published and declared by the said John Turton the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of Us Thos Roberts J.Jackson
