This is the last
Will and
Testament of me
Elizabeth
Tullett of
Cowford in the
County of Sussex
Widow made this
nineteenth Day
of July in the
Year of our Lord
1786 as follows
that is to say
ffirst I will
that all my Just
Debts ffuneral
Expences and
Probate of this
my last Will and
Testament be
fully Paid and
Satisfied by my
Executors herein
after named Also
I give and
bequeath to
Elizabeth the
Wife of Jno
Smith of Crawley
in the said
County Collar
Maker her
Executors and
Administrators
the Sum of
thirty Pounds of
lawfull Money of
Great Britain to
be paid within
twelve Months
after my decease
by my Executors
herein after
named Also I
give and
bequeath to Mary
the Wife of
William Postival
of Bookham in
the County of
Surry Servant
Man her
Executors and
Administrators
the Sum of
ffifty pounds to
be paid within
twelve Months
after my decease
by my said
Executors herein
after named All
the rest residue
and remainder of
my Estate and
Effects
whatsoever and
wheresoever both
real and
personal I give
devise and
bequeath unto
Elizabeth Browne
of Cowfold
aforesaid and
Benjamin Browne
of the same
place ffarmer
with whom I now
reside to be
equally divided
between them
share and share
alike as Tenants
in Common but it
is my Express
Will and desire
and I do hereby
declare that in
case the said
Elizabeth Browne
shall depart
this life in the
life time of the
said Benjamin
Browne that the
Moiety or share
of the said
Elizabeth Browne
shall not go to
her Executors
Administrators
or Assigns but
to the said
Benjamin Browne
and which I do
hereby give and
bequeath to him
accordingly And
Lastly I do
hereby nominate
and appoint the
said Elizabeth
Browne and
Benjamin Browne
Joint Executors
of this my last
Will and
Testament hereby
revoking all
others by me at
any time
heretofore made
