The Will of Arnold Tullett

 

In the Name of God Amen I Arnold Tullett of Woollage in the County of Kent yeoman being antient but of reasonable good health of body and sound and disposing minde and memory praised be God hereby renouncing all former and other Wills by me made by word or writeing Doe make this my last will and Testament the sixteenth day of Aprill in the third yeare of the Reigne our most gracious Soveraigne Lord and Lady King William and Queen Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland Defender of the ffaith xt Annoq Domini 1691 as followeth vizt I bequeath my Soule to Almighty God my Creator hopeing through his glorious Kingdome of Heaven my body I committ to the Earth from whence it came assuredly expecting a Resurrection at the last day And I give and devise and bequeath unto my brother Phillip Tullett of Dunsfold the some of one shilling to be paid to him within three months after my decease by my Executor hereafter nominated Item I give and devise and bequeath unto my cozen Henry Tullett one shilling to be paid to him within three months after my decease I give and devise and bequeath unto my Cozen Joan Ifold ffive pounds to be paid to her within three months after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my cozen Katherine the wife of Richard Bishop of Dunsfold five shillings to be paid to her within three months after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my cozen Elizabeth Tullett of Dunsfold one shilling to be paid to her within three months after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my cozen Henry Ifold of Shalford ffive shillings to be paid unto him within three months after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my cozen John Ifold my Litterhouse and backside in Dounsfold to him the said John Ifold to him and his Heyres for ever to whome after my debts paid ffuneral expences discharged I give all my goods chattells and personall estate to John Ifold whome I doe make sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written Arnold Tullett
