In the Name of God Amen I William Truelove
Senr of Newport Pagnell in the County of Bucks being sick and weak
of body butt of sound and disposeing Memory (praised be God
therefore) butt calling to mind the Uncertainty of this Mortall life
and being willing to settle the Estate which God hath been pleased
to lend me before I goe hence Doe make and ordaine this my last Will
and Testament in manner and forme following ffirst I Comend my Soul
into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator and my body I Comitt to
the Earth whereof it was made to be decently buryed at the
discretion of my Executor hereafter named in humble hopes of a
Joyfull Resurrection through the Merritts of Jesus Christ my most
blessed and Mercifull Saviour and Redeemer and for my worldly Estate
I dispose of the same as followeth ffirst I give and bequeath unto
my Son William Truelove All my Goods Chattells and Personall Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever whether in my possession or in the
possession of any other person he paying out of the same the Sume of
three pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Brittaine unto my
Daughter Anne now the Wife of Thomas Harvey Item I make appoint and
ordaine my said Son William Truelove Sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament desireing him to pay the said Legacy or Sume of
three pounds Soe given and bequeathed unto my said Daughter Anne
within six months next after my decease and also to pay my ffunerall
Charges and all my debts assoon as conveniently he can Revokeing all
other Wills by me made In Witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my
hand and seale this fourth day of March in the Yeare of our Lord
Christ one thousand seven hundred and twenty eight the Marke
