This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Birt Trotter of Coleford in the County of Gloucester Grocer Draper and Coal Proprietor made published and declared this twenty fifth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty two Imprimis I appoint my beloved Wife Jane Executrix of this my Will And I give and bequeath unto my said Wife All my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same un to my said dear Wife and her executors administrators and assigns absolutely subject nevertheless to the payment thereout of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences I give and devise unto my said Wife All my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever including all Coal and Iron Sales and Works which I am now possessed of or may be in future be possessed of To hold the same unto and to the use of my said Wife and her heirs and assigns for ever And I do hereby revoke all former Wills and declare this only to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written  _ Thos Trotter
