The Will of William Trindall
I William
Trindall the elder of Great
Milton in the County of Oxford
do make and ordain this my last
Will and Testament in manner and
form following and first I give
and bequeath to my son William
Trindall that part of my garden
I now occupy situate and being
in Great Milton aforesaid
likewise I give to my aforesaid
son William Trindall the sum of
fifty pounds I likewise give to
my son Samuel and Robt Trindall
equally two cottages adjoining
my dwellinghouse I likewise give
the sum of twenty pounds to my
said son Samuel Trindall (ten
pounds to be paid from Thomas
Stones Bank of Thame and ten
pounds to be paid by my son
William Trindall I likewise give
to my daughter Ann Hilbury the
sum of thirty pounds twenty
pounds to be paid by my son
William Trindall and ten pounds
from Thos Stones Bank Thame I
give twenty pounds to my
daughter Mary Curtis to be paid
from Ms Thos Stones Bank Thame I
give to my son Robt Trindall the
sum of twenty pounds to be paid
by my son Willm Trindall I
likewise give unto my dear wife
Sarah Trindall those two
Cottages in the occupation of
Robt Trindall and James Chalk
for her whole sole and benefit
and disposal Also the sum of
five pounds yearly during the
term of her natural life I
likewise nominate and appoint my
sons William Trindall and Samuel
Trindall my two Executors to
this my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have set my
hand and seal
