The Will of William Trendall

 

In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me William Trendall the Elder of the Parish of Radnage in the County of Bucks Yeoman being Sick and weak in Body but of Sound mind memory and Understanding (Thanks be to God for the same) and Calling unto mind the Uncertainty of this Life Do make Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) I Do hereby Give Will and Devise All That my Messuage or Tenement wherein I now Dwell Situate and being in the Parish of Radnage aforesaid And also All that my Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging and Adjoyning and Called or known by the name of the Home Platt and also all that my other Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground Situate Lying and being in the Parish of Radnage aforesaid and Adjoyning to a Certain Close of Arable Land now in the Occupation of Elizabeth Bennell and which said Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground is nowin my own Occupation and Called or known by the name of Little Mountekews And also All That my other Close of Meadow or Pasture Ground Situate and being In the Parish of Radnage aforesaid and now also in my own Occupation and Called or known by the name of Bradshaws Platt or by whatsoever other name or names or howsoever otherwise the said Messuage Cottage or Tenement Lands Hereditaments and premises are Called or known Situated Butted Bounded Described or Distinguished Together with All the Outhouses Edifices Buildings Barns Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Backsides Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging Used or in any wise Appertaining unto my son John Trendall of the Parish of Radnage aforesaid Labourer To Have and to Hold unto him my said Son John Trendall and unto his Heirs and Assigns for ever from and Immediately after my Decease And all and every of my Household Goods Furniture and Implements of Household Cattle Chattels moneys and Securities for money and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever the same are or be (after and subject unto the payment of my Just Debts Funeral Charges and Expences of Proving this my Will) I hereby Give and Bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof And all my Estate and Interest therein unto him my said Son John Trendall his Executors and Administrators from and Immediately after my Decease as his and their own Goods and Chattels for ever And I hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint make and Ordaine him my said Son John Trendall Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof to this my Will Contained in One Sheet of Paper I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Thirty first Day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and three
