revoke all
other Wills
made by me
at any time
heretofore
and do
publish and
declare this
to be my
last Will
and
Testament in
manner and
form
following
First I give
and bequeath
All my
wearing
Apparel and
Linen unto
my three
Nieces Sarah
Mander (Wife
of John
Mander) Ann
Ellerd (Wife
of John
Ellerd) and
Sarah White
(Wife of
Richard
White) in
equal shares
but in case
any or
either of my
said Nieces
shall happen
to die in my
lifetime
Then the
Part or
share which
would have
come to her
if living I
give to the
eldest
daughter of
such Niece
so dying as
may be
living at my
decease Also
I give to my
Sister Jane
Lewington
the sum of
Five pounds
And lastly
after
payment of
my debts (if
any) and of
the Legacies
in this my
Will give
and bequeath
all the Rest
Residue and
Remainder of
my Estate
and Effects
whatsoever
and
wheresoever
unto my
Brother
Joseph
Trendall his
Executors
Administrators
and Assigns
in case he
is living at
the time of
my decease
but if he
shall happen
to die in my
lifetime
Then I give
and bequeath
the same to
his Wife
Elizabeth
Trendall for
her own use
and benefit
absolutely
And I do
hereby
nominate and
appoint my
said Brother
Joseph
Trendall
sole
Executor of
this my last
