This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Tregelles of the Parish of Budock in the County of Cornwall I give and bequeath to Thomas Smith Tregelles of the Town of Truro in the County of Cornwall Ironmonger and Nathaniel Tregelles and Edwin Octavius Tregelles of Nash Abbey in the County of Glamorganshire all my property whatsoever and wheresoever as well that now in possession as they to which I am legally entitled In Trust for the use and benefit of my unmarried Sisters share and share alike and after the decease of my last unmarried Sister to be divided among my remaining Brothers and Sisters share and share alike & the children of such brothers & sisters as are already deceased or may be deceased prior to the decease of my last unmarried Sister to have their parents share I hereby nominate and appoint Thomas Smith Tregelles and Nathaniel Tregelles and Edwin Octavius Tregelles Executors of this my last Will and Testament and declare that they are not to be accountable for the Acts of each other but each for his own Acts and revoking all former Wills by me at any time made I hereby declare this to be my last Will and have set my hand and seal thereto this 26th day of the 8th Month 1831_ Sarah Tregelles
