This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Tregelles of the Parish of Budock in the County of Cornwall I give and bequeath to Samuel ffox of the Parish of Wellington in the County of Somerset Woolen Manufacturer and Alfred ffox of the Parish of ffalmouth  in the County of Cornwall Merchant all my property whatsoever and wheresoever as well that now in possession as that to which I am or may be legally entitled in trust to and for the uses following That they convert all such my property that may not already be so into money and invest or lay out the same in the public funds or on good freehold security and apply the Interest arising therefrom to and for the use and benefit of my unmarried Sisters share and share alike and after the decease of my last unmarried sister then to divide all my said property share and share alike amongst all my nephews and nieces I hereby nominate and appoint Samuel ffox and Alfred ffox Executors of this my last Will and Testament and declare that they are not to be accountable for the acts of each other but each for his own acts and revoking all former wills be me at any time made I hereby declare this to be my last Will and have set my hand and seal thereto the 17th day of the 2nd Month 1823 _ Mary Tregelles
