The Will of Job Tredwell

 

In the Name of God Amen The third day of April 1821 I Job Tredwell being of good and perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God and calling to remembrance the uncertain estate of this transitory life And that all flesh must yield unto Death when it shall please God to call Do make constitute ordain and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following revoking and annulling by these presents all every Testament & Testaments will & Wills by me mad I declere either by word or wrighting and this is to be taken onely for my last Will and Testament and no other and first being pentent & sorey from the botom of my hart for my sins past most humbly deseir forgiveness for the same I give and comit my soul into Allmighty God, my Saviour & Readdamer in whom by the merits of Jesus Christ I trust & Belives assuredly to be saved & to have full remission & forgiveness of all my sins & that soule with the body at the general Day of resurrection shall rise againe with Joy & through the merits of Christs deth & passion my possess & inherit the Kingdom of Heven prepered for his elect & chosen my Son John Tredwell to have all my Corn & Hay after my Deseise I give and bequeath to my son John Tredwell all my live Stock of Horses & Cows & Sheep & Hoggs after my Deceace I give to my son Jhon Tredwell all my Waggons & Carts & plows & Harrows * all my implements in Husbendry blonging to me whatsoever after my Deceace My son John Tredwell to pay my just Depts whatsoever after my Deceace My Son John Tredwell to receive all just Defts due to me after my Decease and my son John Tredwell To be at the expence of barring me to Cassington after my Deceace & Buoring me there in a Christing like Manner My son John Tredwell to pay my Daughter Sarah Hobley Two Hundered pound of Lawfull money after my DeceaceMy son John Tredwell to pay my Daughter Mary Hedges Forty Pound of Lawfull money after my Deceace Witness Job Tredwell
