21 May 1795 I George Travis of Higher Windibank in Hundersfield, Farmer, Do make this my last will
I give unto my son James 10 pounds
unto my daughter Mally 40 pounds
unto my son Benjamin 40 pounds
unto my daughter Betty 20 pounds
unto my wife and to my Natural Son George all the rest of my Estate and Effects during the life of my said wife or till she shall marry again equal betwist them.

But in case she marry again she shall only have 1 shilling and her share I give to all my said children share alike after she marry again.
And in case she shall not marry again I give her share of my Estate unto my said children after her death
Executors my said wife and my said son George
