In the Name of God Amen I Frances Mary Travell Spinster now living at Swerford in the County of Oxford being of Sound mind and body (blessed be God for the same) do hereby declare this is my last Will and Testament in manner hereafter following _ Imprimis I Give unto my dear Sister Anne Travell the Sum of three hundred pounds to be paid in six Months after my decease Item I Give unto my dear Sister Catherine Travell the like Sum of three hundred pounds to be paid in six Months after my decease Item I Give unto my dear Sister Agnes Travell the like Sum of three hundred pounds to be paid in six Months after my decease

Item I Give unto my dear Brother ffrancis Travell the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid in six Months after my decease Item I Give unto my dear Brother fferdinando Tracy Travell the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid in six Months after my decease Item I Give unto Martha Travell the Wife of my said Brother fferdinando Tracy Travell (my beloved friend as well as my Sister) the Sum of thirty pounds as a small token of my sincere regard for her to be paid in six Months after my decease Item I Give unto my three dear aunts (the Sisters of my late dear excellent and much to be lamented Mother) the Sum of ten Pounds each as a small Testimony of Gratitude from one whom they ever treated with the kindest regard (that is to say) to my Aunt Martha Tracy the Sum of ten Pounds to my Aunt Elizabeth Tracy the like Sum of ten Pounds to my aunt ffrances now the Wife of Mr Gustavus Guydickens the like Sum of ten Pounds all to be paid in Six Months after my decease Item I give unto my dear Niece Martha Travell the Daughter of my Brother fferdinando Tracy Travell the sum of ten Pounds Item I do Give and bequeath the Sum of thirty Pounds to be bestowed in Charitable uses on the distressed and honest Poor ten Pounds of this Sum I desire may be given away to the poor of the Parish of Swerford in the County of Oxford (wherein I was born) in such manner as my Executors (hereinafter named) shall think most Proper five pounds of the above Sum of thirty Pounds I also I desire may be given amongst the poor of the Parish wheresoever it be that I shall be in at the time of my decease as my Executors shall think best the remaining fifteen pounds out of the above thirty Pounds to be bestowed on such Poor Objects any where as my Executors shall think deserve and want it most therefore to them do I leave the distribution of it as knowing they will do it in a proper manner I also leave to my Executors hereafter named the care and Charge of my ffuneral which I beg may be as private and with as little Expence as Decency will Permit and that my body may be deposited in the Parish Church or Church Yard wherever it is that it pleases God that I shall resign my life unto him the Author of it and of all the Blessings we enjoy here and hope through his Infinite Goodness to attain hereafter Lastly I do hereby appoint my dear Sister Anne Travell and my Dear Brother fferdinando Tracy Travell the Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath unto them Jointly the said Anne Travell and fferdinando Tracy travel all and whatsoever Bills Money Goods and Chattels shall remain unto me after all my Debts are lawfully paid and the above mentioned Legacies are also all Paid In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal This 31st day of August in the Year of Our Lord 1764 Frances Mary Travell
