THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me William Head Toop of Trent in the County of Somerset Blacksmith I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my brother Robert Toop absolutely And I appoint my said brother Sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke all previous Wills by me at anytime heretofore made In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 11^th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven --- William Head Toop ---- Signed by the said William Head Toop the Testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses - Roland C Venton Peter Batson
