M.A. Lawful Surrogate of the
Reverend and worshipful Matthew Marsh

lawfully constituted of the Reverend and
worshipful Hugh Nicholas Pearson
Clerk D D Dean of Cathedral Church
of Sarum, and by him Administration of all
and singular the Goods and Chattels of the
said
Deceased, and any ways of concerning his
Will was
committed unto Hannah Toop the Sole
Executrix named in the said
will by implication....
(being first duly Sworn
of the Truth of said Will, and faithfully
to perform the
same, and to pay the Deceased's Debts and
Legacies as far
forth as his Goods and Chattels will
thereto extend and the
Law bind her, and to exhibit a true and
perfect Inventory
of the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the
Deceased, and yield
a just and true Attempt when lawfully
required) saving the
Rights of all Persons
The last will and testament of Thomas Toop
of Knighton in the Parish of Beerhackett, wherein I bequeath to
my daughter Frances Toop an infant of twenty one months old, my
house, gardens and premises and all therewithin belonging and
appertaining for her sole use and benefit, exclusive of all
others having or claiming a right thereunto, with all other of
his effects and chattels
My wife Hannah Toop to have and to hold
possession and occupation of the same during her life in right
of the aforesaid Frances Toop
