THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me FRANCIS HART TOOP of “Curraghmore” Victoria Road, Ferndown in the County of Dorset. 1.       I REVOKE all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. 2.       I APPOINT LLOYDS BANK LIMITED (hereinafter called “the Bank”) to be Executor and Trustee of this my Will AND I DECLARE that the Bank shall be entitled (free of duty) to remuneration on accordance with its published terms in force at the date of entering on the trust and to any banking profit accruing by reason of its acting as Banker. 3.       I DEVISE and BEQUEATH all my property whatsoever and wheresoever to the Bank UPON TRUST to sell call in and convert into money all such parts as shall not consist of money but so that the Bank shall have full power to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for so long as they shall in their absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss and shall out of my ready money and the clear moneys to arise from the sale calling in and conversion pay or provide for my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and shall at their discretion invest the residue of such moneys (hereinafter called “the Trust Fund”) upon any of the investments for the time being authorised by law for the investment of Trust Funds with power to vary the same AND UPON TRUST to pay the income of the Trust Fund to my wife MARY TOOP during her life time. 4.       AFTER the death of my wife the Bank shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund upon the following trusts namely:- a.       To Pay thereout to my son-in-law THOMAS FARROW all such sums of money as hs shall have paid on my behalf for any premiums on any life policy or, policies of mine whether in the Hunt Servants Society or the Alliance Assurance Company since the First day of December One thousand nine hundred and thirty three together with interest at the rate of Five per cent per annum as from the respective dates of the payments thereof. b.      To pay the following legacies free of all death duties, namely:- To my daughter MARIA FARROW the sum of Three hundred Pounds To my daughter SUSAN LEE the sum of Two hundred Pounds To my daughter ANN MARY ANDERSON the sum of One hundred Pounds c.       To hold the sum of Two hundred Pounds free of all death duties UPON TRUST for such of them IRENE, FRANCIS HART, MARGART and ROBERT (children of my son Francis Hart Toop) as shall survive me in equal shares. d.      To hold the sum of One hundred Pounds free of all death duties UPON TRUST for PETER TOOP and ROY TOOP (children of my son John Richard Toop) in equal shares or for the survivor of them. 5.       SUBJECT thereto the Bank shall hold the Trust Fund UPON TRUST for my said daughter MARIA FARROW absolutely.   IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of December One thousand nine hundred and thirty seven.   SIGNED by the said FRANCIS HART TOOP as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses.   This a Codicil of the last Will and Testament of me Francis Hart Toop of “Curraghmore” Victoria Road, Ferndown in the County of Dorset which said Will bears date the fourth day of December one thousand nine hundred and thirty seven. 1.     I bequeath all my furniture and effects to my daughter Louise Whittle. 2.     In other respects I confirm my said Will.
