This is the last Will and Testament of me
Sir Thomas Edlyne Tomlins of the Inner Temple London Knight
which I do make publish and declare in manner and form following
that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas
Edlyne Tomlins of Islington in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman his heirs Executors admors and assigns all and
singular lands Tenements heredits funds stocks chattels monies
and effects of which I shall die possessed or which are now
vested in me or to which I have or may have any right title
claim or Interest to hold the same to him the said Thomas Edlyne
Tomlins his heirs Executors admors and assigns upon the trusts
to which the same or any part thereof are respectively liable or
applicable so far as such trusts extend and to hold all and
singular my Worldly Estate goods and Effects (not liable to any
such Trusts) for his own use and benefit or in any such manner
as I may by any Codicil to this my Will direct and appoint And I
do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew the
said Thomas Edlyne Tomlins to be sole Executor of this my Will
hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time
heretofore made declaring this only to be my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my Will written with
my own hand in the seventy fifth year of my age set my hand and
seal this thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and thirty six at Montereuil sur mer in
