This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Fryer Tomlin of 58 or 53 Lincoln’s Inn Fields in the parish of St Giles in the County of Middlesex but now residing at 22 Claremont Square , in the said County First I order and direct that my just debts and funeral expences be paid by my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named out of the first monies which they shall receive and I give and bequeath the whole of my personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever whether in poessesion reversion remainder or expectancy unto my five half brothers and sister Emma Eleanor Isabella George and Mary Elizabeth in equal shares the shares of my said sisters to be paid and payable when they shall respectively come of age or marry which shall first happen and the share of my said Brother when he shall come of age with benefit of survivorship in case of the death of any oe or more of them And I direct that the interest and proceeds of their respective shares be applied in the mean time towards their maintenance and education and advancement in the discretion of my said executor and executrix And I appoint my uncle Mr Ottiwell Tomlin of Richmond in the County of York and my mother in law Mrs Jane Tomlin of Thornton to be my executor and executrix In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second [22] day of February 1834 W F Tomlin...
