In the Name of God Amen I Kezia Titchmarsh of the Town of Buntingford in the Parish of Aspedon in the County of Hertford Spinster being of sound mind memory and understanding (thanks be to God for the same) Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) ffirst I give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Titchmarsh of the said Parish of Aspedon in the said County of Hertford Grocer All my Stock in Trade ready money book debts securities for money And All Other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever I may be entitled thereto at the time of my decease Subject Nevertheless to the Payment of all my just debts and funeral expences And Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Brother Thomas Titchmarsh to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made And I the said Kezia Titchmarsh the Testatrix do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Kezia Titchmarsh the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Seventeenth day of August in the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty two Keziah Titchmarsh   (Attestation Clause)   Richard Wallis  _  Thomas Woodwards   Proved at London 5 April 1838   PCC Prob11/1894
