This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Truslove Thomas late of Llandovery in the County of Carmarthen but now of Goodrich in the County of Hereford Widow as follows I give and bequeath to my Kinsman William Marks of Goodrich aforesaid Officer of Excise all my singular my household Goods Plate Linen Personal Estate and Effects of every sort and kind and wheresoever situate and being of which I shall die possessed or any way intitled to and all my Estate and Interest therein to hold unto the said William Marks his Executors Admors and Assigns for ever and I hereby ratify and confirm a certain Indenture of Assignment bearing date herewith and made between me of the one part and the said William Marks of the other part And I hereby appoint the said William Marks sole Exor of this my Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me made In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this second day of March in the Year of our |Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight _ The mark of Sarah Truslove Thomas
