This is the Last Will and testament of MIRIAM TATHAM of West Witton in the County of York widow. I give and devise all that undivided moiety or equal half part of and in all that messuage or cattage or tenement situate in west Witton now in the occupation of myself with appurtenances unto my son GEORGE TATHAM his heirs and assigns for ever. I give and devise and bequeath all and singular the rest residue and remainder of my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments situate at West Witton ... and all my personal estate and effects goods and chattels whatsoever unto my daughter CHRISTIANA TATHAM to hold the same ... forever .. I appoint my said daughter CHRISTIANA sole executrix and universal legatee of this my will and hereby revoking all former will and publish and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In Witness whereof I have hereby subscribed my name and set my seal 3 March 1829
