This is the last will and Testament of me John Haylett Syder of Wymoundham in the County of Norfolk Gentleman ffirst (subject to and chargeable with the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and particularly subject to and chargeable the payment of two several debts or sums of five hundred Pounds and one hundred Pounds making together the sum of six hundred pounds now due or owing by me to my daughter Maria the wife of George Bardwell or to her trustees under the settlement made previous to and in contemplation of her said marriage)I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto Harriott Ammery Syder my wife her heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for her own proper use and benefit absolutely all my household furniture plate china linen ready money out at interest and securities for money and estates vested in me as a mortgagee money in the public funds debts due and owing to me at my decease and all and singular other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be and I appoint the said Harriott Ammery Syder sole Executrix of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills made by me In Testimony whereof I the said John Haylett Syder the testator have to this my last will and Testament contained in and written upon one sheet of Paper subscribed my name and affixed my seal on the twentieth day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty six J.H Syder
