I Richard Swayne of
Tarrant Gunville in the
county of Dorset, gent,
being sick of the body
yet of ?perfect mind and
memory for which I give
God praise, do make this
my last will and
testament the one and
twenty day of December
1665 in manner and form

bequeath my soul to God
