The Will of William Sutton

 

This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Sutton of Liscard in the County of Chester Gentleman made & published this nineteenth day of July One thousand Eight hundred and twenty eight subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath and in pursuance of every power and Authority in me vested All and singular my real and personal Estates and Effects of what nature or kind the same may be and wheresoever the same may be situate unto my beloved Wife her heirs & Exors and Assign for ever or for and during all my Estate and Interest therein In the full hope and confidence that my said Wife will with the proceeds thereof bring up and support my children. And I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will And I revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first before Written William Sutton
Signed sealed Published and declared by the said William Sutton in our presence at his request and in the presence of each other
