The Will of Elizabeth Summers

 

I Elizabeth Summers Spinster of Great Ilford in the County of Essex do make this my last Will and Testament this fourth day of March in the Year of our Lord 1838 in manner and form following first I will and desire that I may be decently buried And all my just debts paid with all expences attending the administration of this my Will I give and bequeath to my Cousin James Summers Diddep my Coppyhold at Ilford in the occupation of Mrs Harden with two hundred Pounds in money to the above named James Summer Diddep I also give to Mrs Hannah Porter Widow of Ilford twenty pounds in money. I give to Mr Joseph Bates ten pounds in money and my two Glazed Prints to see my business settled. All the rest of my money goods and effects of whatever kind soever I give and bequeath to my Cousin Mary Diddep Mother to James Summers Diddep and I do nominate and appoint my said Cousin Mary Diddep and the above named Joseph Bates sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament Elizabeth Summer
