The Will of Anthony Sturdy I Anthony Sturdy of the Parish of St Martyn Stamford Baron Beadsman in Lord Burghley Hospital being in good health and sound mind do now make my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Mary Ann Perin the sum of twenty pounds to her heirs executors or administrators Also to Thomas Beach the husband of my Granddaughter the like sum of twenty pounds or to his heirs executors or administrators Also to my Great Granddaughter Elizabeth Sturdy the daughter of the late Robert Sturdy the sum of ten and to her heirs executors or administrators I also appoint my granddaughter Sarah Eliza Hughes or to her heirs executors or administrators the sum of thirty pounds also to the aforesaid Sarah Eliza Hughes all my Personal Property linen plate china books cloths and all I die possess’d of after paying all the aforenamed legacies just debts and funeral expences dated this third day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty six in the presence of the undersigned whereunto I have set my hand and seal dated as aforesaid Anthony Sturdy

Codicil As Ann Sturdy is now dead I leave the ten pounds mentioned in my former Will to be equally divided between all my Greatgrandchildren living at the time of my decease  dated this third day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty six
