This is the last Will and Testament of me John
Stuart of The Marsh Farm Rostherne in the County of Chester farm Bailiff
to Earl Egerton of Tatton I give devise and bequeath all my estate and
effects real and personal which I may be possessed of or entitled unto
to my wife Margaret Stuart and I appoint her sole executrix of this my
Will And I revoke all former Wills and Codicils In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of April one thousand nine
hundred and one John Stuart
