In the Name of God Amen I John Stillwell of Headly in the County of Southton Yeoman being of perfect minde and remembrance praise bee given to Almighty God make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme (that is to say)ffirst and principally I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty God hopeing through the death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ my only Saviour to have full and free remission of all my Sinns and to Inheritt everlasting life and my body I committ to the earth to bee decentlie buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named And And as touching the disposition of all such temporall estate as it hath pleased God to besow upon mee I give and dispose thereof as followeth ffirst I will that my debts and funeral charges shall bee paid by my Executrix Item I give to my daughter Mary Carver Tenn pounds within halfe a yeare next after my decease upon lawfull demand if not to bee due to my Executrix Item I give to my daughter Joane Stillwell one Coverlett to her and her heires for ever to be delivered to her by my Executrix within One moneth next after my decease All the rest and residue of my personall estate goods and Chattells whatsoever I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Stillwell my youngest daughter full and sole Execrix of this my last will and Testament And I doe hereby revoke disannull and make void all former Wills and Testaments heretofore by mee made In Witness whereof I the said John Stillwell to this my last will and Testament contained in one Sheete of paper have sett my hand and seale the seaventh day of March one thousand six hundred eighty two and on the foure and thirtieth yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the second of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King etc
