In the Name of God Amen I do this day make this my last Will and Testament in manner following and revoking all other Wills And my will is that my dear Wife Ruth Stewart shall have hold and injoy for her own proper use and benefit all and every thing which is mine or which I am possessed of at my death And I do appoint my said dear Wife my whole and sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee Duncan Stewart

On the eighth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one Administration with the Will annexed of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Duncan Stewart late of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of Middlesex deceased was granted to Alexander Yeats one of the Executors of the Will of Ruth Stewart Widow deceased whilst living the Relict sole Executrix and Universal Legatee named in the said Will he having been first sworn duly to Administer Ruth Stewart Widow the Relict sole Executrix Universal Legatee named in the said Will dying without taking upon her the Execution thereof
