This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Stevens of Great Marlow in the County of Bucks widow which I make and publish in manner following that is to say ffirst I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be fully paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named out of all or any of the monies which shall come to their hands and subject thereto I give and bequeath the same as follows Whereas I am entitled to a sum of money amounting to five hundred pounds or thereabouts stock now standing in my name or otherwise invested in the three per cent consolidated bank annuities which I will and direct shall be by my said executor distributed in the manner hereinafter mentioned that is to say The sum of one hundred and fifty pounds stock part thereof unto my brother William Cock of Great Marlow aforesaid Shoemaker The sum of one hundred pounds stock the other part thereof unto my sister Sarah Cock of Great Marlow aforesaid Spinster And as to all the rest and remainder of the said sum of money standing in my name or otherwise invested in the said three per cent consolidated bank annuities I give and bequeath the same unto between all and every my nephews and nieces who shall be living at the time of my decease being the children of my said brother William Cock to be equally divided between them share and share alike I give and bequeath all and every my household goods chattels credits plate linen china books and other effects unto my said sister Sarah for her life and after her decease I give and bequeath the same unto and amongst all and every my said nephews and nieces the children of my said brother William Cock who shall be living at the decease of my said sister to be divided between them as equally as circumstances will allow And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said brother and sister the said William Cock and Sarah Cock to be Executor and Executrix of this my will In witness whereof I the said Mary Stevens the testatrix have to this my last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Mary Stevens
