The Will of Jane Stennet

 

I Jane Stennet of the Parish of Saint Saviour in Southwark in the County of Surrey Widow being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory  make my last Will as follows that is to say All my Monies Debts Goods Chattells Estate and Effects whatsoever which at the time of my decease I shall be possessed of Interested in or in any wise intitled unto I give devise and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Stennet and my Daughter Sarah Martin to be equally divided between them part and share alike And I revoke all former Wills by me made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament And I do appoint my said Son Thomas Stennet sole Executor of the same In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this twelth day of June in the twenty seventh Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Brittain etc and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four  The mark of Jane Stennet   The mark of Ruth Sadler Tho: Lintall   Proved 18th June 1754 PCC Prob11/809
