I Mary Stanley of Liscard in the Parish of Wallasey in the County of Chester Widow do make this my last Will and Testament I do appoint limit and direct give and bequeath the sum of Seven Hundred Pounds mentioned in a certain Indenture Dated the 24th Octr 1804 Purporting to be made between James Meddowcroft of the one part and Gerard Stanley and me his then Wife of the other part or so much thereof as shall be due to me at the time of my decease And Also all other my estate of every nature & sort whatsoever unto my Daughters Elizabeth Hammand Ann Stanley and Mary Davies share and share alike the shares of the said Elizabeth Hammand and Mary Davies to be placed in the hands of the said Ann Stanley to be paid or invested for her for the sole and separate use of the said Elizabeth Hammand and Mary Davies and not to be subject to the debts controul or intermeddling of their present or any future husband and I appoint the said Elizabeth Hammand and Ann Stanley Executrices of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand this twenty third day of October one thousand Eight hundred & twenty Mary Stanley
