this time in
good Health
as also
sound in
memory and
understanding
I do hereby
make this my
last Will
and
Testament in
manner as
followeth
and do
desire it
may be
received by
all as such
In the
ffirst Place
I give all
that my real
Property
both Goods
and Monies
to my Niece
Mary Knight
the Daughter
of William
and Lettice
Knight at my
decease when
she hath
paid the
several sums
undermentioned
ffirst the
sum of one
Hundred and
fifty Pounds
which I
leave to her
Brother
William
Knight as
also my
Writing Desk
which was my
Brother
Edras
Stanley’s
Likewise
leave the
sum of one
Hundred and
fifty Pounds
tom her
Brother
Edras Knight
as also my
Chest that
was my
Brothers
Edras
Stanley I
also leave
the sum of
one Hundred
pound to my
Cousin
Richard
Smith But if
he should be
dead at my
Decease then
the said
Hundred
Pound to be
equally
divided
amongst his
Children
when at
their Proper
Age I
likewise
leave my
Cousin
Martha Smith
the Daughter
of the
abovesaid
Richard
Smith the
Sum of
twenty
Pounds as
also his
Daughter
Balla and
his son
Richard
twenty
Pounds each
my Watch I
likewise
leave to the
aforesaid
Son Richard

their Monies

be Paid them

Lettice

Interest of

If any
Circumstance
or Loss

attend any
of my Monies

come not
