This is the last Will & Testament of me John Stammers of Waltham Holy Cross in the Co of Essex Gent for the disposal of my Estate & Effects after my decease which I do make & publish in manner following (that is to say) I give & bequeath all my household furniture plate …..China debts Sum & Sums of money that may be due & owing to me at my decease and also all my personal Estate & Effects whatsoever unto my daughters Sarah Brackett & Elizabeth the Wife of Samuel Bligh in equal shares & proportions the same to be paid into their own proper hands independent of their present or any future coverture & their receipts alone I will & direct should be sufficient discharge to my Executor for the same And lastly I do hereby appoint & constitute my Brother Jonathan Stammers of Langford in the Co of Essex fuller my said Daughters Sarah Brackett &b Elizabeth Bligh & my friend Mr Joseph Barrett of No 24 Adam St in the Co of Middlesex Butcher Exors of this my Will hereby revoking all former & other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand & seal this 13th day of July in the Year of our Lord 1810 John Stammers Signed Sealed Published 7 delivered by the above named Testator in the presence of us Thos Taylor Waltham Abbey M Walker of the same place
