The Will of Richard Staley

The last Will and Testament of me Richard Staley of Burwell Farm in the Hamlet of Curbridge in the parish of Witney and County of Oxford Yeoman made this sixteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and twenty First I will and direct that all my just Debts funeral and testamentary Expences be full paid and discharged by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease And as to all and singular my Estate and Estates both real and personal Money Securities for Money Book and other Debts Household Furniture Plate Linen China Dairy and Brewing Utensils Stock of Cattle Corn and Grain Implements of Husbandry and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever and wheresoever being at the Time of my Decease and all Estate Right and Interest therein I give devise and bequeath the same and every Part thereof unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth Staley her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely and for ever and the same to be at her own free Will and Disposal And I nominate constitute and appoint her my said Wife sole Executrix of this my said Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any Time heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Richard Staley the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of paper set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year above written Richard Staley
