This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Staire of Heath in the Parish of Leighton Bussard in the County of Bedford Widow First I give and devise unto Elizabeth Dell of Heath aforesaid Widow All that my Messuage Cottage or Tenement at Heath aforesaid And also my Land and Meadow Ground in the ffields of Heath and Reach with their and every of their Appurtenances To hold to the said Elizabeth Dell and her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural Life and from and after her Decease then I give and devise the said Messuage Cottage or Tenement Lands and Premises unto Henry Dell of Heath aforesaid in the said County of Bedford Butcher his Heirs and Assigns for ever he paying thereout unto his Sister Mary Dell the Sum of forty Pounds within twelve Months after the Decease of the said Elizabeth Dell and the Sum of forty Shillings unto his two Cousins William Rumford and Robert Rumford And I do hereby charge the said Messuage Cottage or Tenement Lands and Premises to and with the Payment of the said Sums of forty Pounds and forty Shillings Also I give and Bequeath all my Goods and Chattels (except my Clock) unto my Daughter Hannah Green and my Grandaughter Molly Dell equally to be divided between them Share and Share alike and my Clock I give to the said Henry Dell and all my wearing Apparell I give to my Grandaughter Mary Dell And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Henry Dell sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills at any time heretofore by me made and executed In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty sixth Day of June one thousand seven hundred and eighty three Mary Staire
