This is the last Will and Testament of me
John Squibb of Melbury Osmond in the County of Dorset Yeoman
ffirst I direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the
Costs of Proving and carrying into Execution this my Will be
paid Then I give devise and bequeath unto my Brother George
Squibb of Melbury Osmond aforesaid Yeoman all my Goods Chattels
Money & securities for money and all other my Estate and Effects
of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate of which I
shall die possessed In Trust nevertheless to stand possessed
thereof & to pay over the interest dividends & annual proceeds
thereof only unto my son John and for his use and benefit until
he shall attain the age of twenty five years or to permit and
suffer him to take the same or any part thereof and from &
immediately after his attaining such age then to pay over and
transfer the whole of my said Estate and Effects unto my said
son John his executors admors and assigns to and for his and
their own use and benefit but if my said son should die before
he attains the age of twenty five years without lawful issue
then in trust immediately therefrom to distribute and divide the
same in such manner as is by law provided by a certain Statute
called the Statute of Distribution in case of Persons dying
intestate And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my
said brother George Squibb sole Executor and Trustee of this
Will hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made
and declaring this to be my last Will and testament In Testimony
whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and
subscribed my hand and seal this twelfth day of December one
thousand eight hundred and thirty nine John Squibb
