This is my Will and Testament that after all May Just debts is Paide and all clames theron I Make year My dere Wife Mary Ann Snutch My Sole Executrix to all My goods chattels and persent property  _  William Snutch _  Witness my hands this present day of May one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven  _  Thomas Mosedale  _  W Hayes

Proved at Derby the Twenty first day of June 1867 by the Oath of Mary Ann Snutch, Widow, the Relict the Sole Executrix to whom administration was granted

The Testator William Snutch was late of Weston on Trent in the County of Derby Basket Maker and died on the fifteenth day of May 1867 at Weston on Trent aforesaid
