The Will of William Snutch

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Snutch of Arnsby in the County of Leicester Frameworkknitter being rather poorly and weak of body, but of perfect mind and Memory, thanks be given unto God, as follows First I Give bequeath and Devise, All that my Messuage Cottage Tenement or Dwellinghouse with the workshop Garden and all other the premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate Standing lying and being in Arnsby aforesaid and now in my own Occupation to my Dear and loving Wife Mary Snutch, also I give and bequeath and devise All my Household Goods Chattells Rights Credits and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or Quality soever unto my said Wife Mary Snutch She paying and discharging all my just debts funeral expenses and the charges of the Probate of thias my Will And Lastly I do hereby make nominate Constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Snutch Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking, disannulling and making void all former Wills and Legacies in any wise made by me. In Witness whereof I have to this my last Willa nd Testament Set my Hand and Seal the twenty seventh day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen
