The Will of Ellen Snutch

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ellen Snutch of Latchford in the County of Chester Innkeeper and Widow I direct the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and subject thereto I give and bequeath all my estate and effects both real and personal unto my Son Thomas and my Daughter Elizabeth in equal shares but I do hereby request them to find a home for my younger children in case of my decease whilst they are under age. I appoint my said son and daughter executor and executrix of this my Will and I hereby revoke any former Will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of July 1887 Ellen Snutch

Proved at Chester 2 August 1887 by the oaths of Thomas Nixon the Son and Elizabeth Nixon Spinster the daughter the Executors to whom administration was granted

The Testarix Ellen Snutch was late of Latchford in the Parish of Grappenhall in the County of Chester Widow and died on 10 July 1887 at Latchford aforesaid

Gross amount £144.19
