This is the last Will and Testament of me
Sarah Smith late of Spalding but now of Stamford in the County of
Lincoln Spinster ffirst I give and devise unto my two Sisters
Elizabeth Parnell and Mary Woodroffe all my Messuages Lands
Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate and Parts and Shares of
Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever
and wheresoever either in Possession Reversion Remainder or
Expectancy To Hold all the same Messuages Lands Tenements and
Hereditaments and Real Estate Parts and Shares unto my said two
Sisters Elizabeth Parnell and Mary Woodroffe their Heirs and Assigns
for ever equally between them as Tenants in Common I give to my
Servant Mary Leaveley who lived with me several years the Sum of one
hundred and twenty five pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain over
and above the Sum of Twenty five Pounds already given to her
Previous to this my Will which I will shall be paid to her within
three Months next After my decease And as to all the Rest Residue
and Remainder of my Money and Securities for Money Goods Chattels
Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever After Payment of my just
Debts Legacies ffuneral and Testamentary Expences I give and
bequeath the same unto my Brother in Law Thomas Woodroffe the
husband of my said Sister Mary Woodroffe and I do nominate and
appoint the said Thomas Woodroffe sole Executor of this my last Will
and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Smith have to this
my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Twenty sixth
Day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
