This is the last Will and Testament of me James Smith of No 20 Milton Road Seacombe in the County of Chester. Shipwright. Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath All my real and personal estate to Charles Austin his executors and administrators Upon trust for my Granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Austin with power in his and their discretion to apply the whole or any portion thereof for or towards the maintenance of the said Mary Elizabeth Austin during her minority And I appoint the said Charles Austin of Seacombe aforesaid Stationer and Bootmaker sole Executor hereof In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of May one thousand eight hundred and ninety three James Smith
