19 Catherine Street South Liverpool

I hereby leave to my Wife Hannah Smith the Sum of Two hundred pounds in the hands of the Dock Trustees of Liverpool due on the 27th Sept 1858 and I hereby authorise her to draw the same and the interest thereon As witness my hand this 3rd day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven James Smith

On the 1st day of October 1858 Letters of Administration, with the Will annexed of all and singular the Personal Estate and Effects of James Smith late of Liverpool Shipcarpenter deceased, who died on the 13th day of April 1857 at Liverpool were granted at the District Registry to Hannah Smith of 19 Catherine Street South Liverpool the lawful Widow and relict of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer there being no Executor or residuary Legatee named or appointed in the said Will

Sureties John Sneade of 144 Park Road Liverpool Joiner and John Davies of 146 Park Road Liverpool Licensed Victualler
