In the Name of God Amen I Jeremiah Slaymaker of the Parish of St Mary White Chaple in the County of Middlesex Bricklayer do make my last Will and Testament as follows that is to say First my Soul I commend to Almighty God And my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interr’d at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named And as to my Worldly Estate and Effects which I am possessed of or Intitled unto after the Payment of my Just Debts and ffuneral Expences I dispose of the same in manner following Imprimis I give devise and bequeath all my Estate and Effects both real and personal of what nature or sort soever and wheresoever that I shall be in any ways seized or Possessed of Interested in or Intitled unto at the time of my decease unto my ffriends John Brown of the Liberty of Norton ffolgate in the County of Middlesex Bricklayer and John Caplin of the parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Carpenter And to the Survivor of them and the Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns of such Survivor for ever In Trust to and for the Uses following that is to say In Trust In the first place to pay apply and dispose of the Rents Issues Profits and Produce arising from the same to and towards the Maintaining Bringing up and Supporting of Mary Ramsher and Sarah Ramsher Daughters of Mary Ramsher now residing with me until they attain to their Ages of twenty one Years And when and so soon as the Eldest of them shall attain to that Age In Trust to Convey Assign Transfer and Pay over to her one full and equal Moiety or half Part of my said Estate and Effects both real and personal the whole into two equal Parts to be divided her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever and so in like manner when the youngest attains to that Age And in Case either of them should happen to dye before Attaining Age Then I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal estate unto the Survivor of them on her attaining the age of twenty one Years her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever But if both of them shall happen to dye before attaining Age Then I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal Estate unto the said Mary Ramsher the Mother her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And my mind and Will is that the said John Brown and John Caplin And the Survivor of them and the Heirs Executors and Administrators of such Survivor shall and may if they shall think Proper pay the Rents Issues Profits and Produce of the whole of my Estate to the said Mary Ramsher the Mother to and for the Maintaining and bringing up her said Children until they attain such Age as aforesaid and her Receipt and Receipts for the same from time to time shall be sufficient Discharges to them for that purpose And my mind and Will further is that my Executors shall not be answerable or accountable the one to the other but each for his own Acts and Deeds only And that they shall and may retain to themselves All Costs Charges and Expences (out of my Estate and Effects) they shall be put unto in the Execution of this my Will And revoking all Wills by me made I declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Jeremiah Slaymaker the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of Paper only set my Hand and Seal this twelfth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty eight Jerh Slaymaker
