The Will of Isabella Skillicorn

This is the last Will and Testament of me Isabella Skillicorn of 3 West Seacombe Terrace Seacombe in the County of Chester Spinster I hereby revoke all Wills at any time heretofore made by me I appoint my Neices Jane Gill wife of William Gill of 41 Arnold Street Liverpool Mariner and Emily Cubbon of Onchan in the Isle of Man Spinster to be my trustees and Executrices and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath unto my said trustees and executrices their executors administrators and assigns the whole of my real and personal estate Upon trust to sell realize and convert the same into money and out of the proceeds of such sale to pay to Mabel Hughes the daughter of Hubert Hughes of Lower Richmond Road Putney in the County of Middlesex on her attaining the age of twenty one years or marriage the sum of one hundred pounds and to ________ Wakefield of Seacombe aforesaid Widow the sum of ten pounds and Upon trust as to the rest residue and remainder of the proceeds of such sale and all that my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to divide the same equally between them the said Jane Gill and Emily Cubben share and share alike such shares to be for their sole and separate use free from the debts control and engagement of any husband they may now or hereafter have In witness where of I the said Isabella Skillicorn the testatrix have this nineteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty three Isabella Skillicorn

The Testatrix Isabella Skillicorn was late of 3 West Seacombe Terrace Seacombe in the County of Chester Spinster and died on the 16th day of February 1884 at West Seacombe Terrace aforesaid
