I James Sidey of Little Hanny in the County of Essex Gentleman do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and devise all those my six cottages or Tenements situate in Little Henney aforesaid and Twinstead in the said County of Essex or one of them or some other adjoining Parish now in the occupation of James Sidey John Kincham William Howard George Cooper Eliza Walford and myself unto my wife Keziah and her assigns for her life provided she so long continue my widow without impeachment of waste and from and immediately after her decease or second marriage which shall first happen I give and devise the same cottages or tenements unto and to the use of my two sons John Sidey and Joshua Sidey to take in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and the heirs and assigns of my said Sons respectively And I give and bequeath unto my Executors hereinafter named All my Personal Estate whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever Upon trust to permit the free use and enjoyment thereof unto my said Wife Keziah during her life provided she so long continue my Widow and from and immediately after her decease or second marriage whichever shall first happen I give and bequeath the same unto my said Sons John Sidey and Joshua Sidey to be divided equally between them to and for their own absolute use and disposal respectively And I hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Keziah and my said Sons John and Joshua Executrix and Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the second day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty three James Sidey
