In the Name of
God Amen I William Sibley of the
Parish of Cheshunt in the County of
Herts Servant being of sound and
disposing mind memory do make and
declare this to be my last Will and
Testament ffirst and principally I
commend my soul to the Almighty God
hoping that my sins will be forgiven
through the merits of Jesus Christ
And as to the worldly goods
wherewith I am possessed my will and
meaning is to dispose of them in the
following manner that is to say I
order that all my just debts funeral
expences and charges of proving this
my Will be in the first place fully
paid and satisfied and after payment
thereof and every part thereof I
give and bequeath unto Hannah
Charles of the said Parish of
Cheshunt Widow (her executors
administrators and assigns ) with
whom I have some time lived all the
money or Bank Stock wherewith I am
possessed as standing in my own name
or that of any other person or
persons joined with me in the three
Per Cent Consols in the Bank of
England both principal and interest
as the same may be due to me at the
time of my Decease and also the rest
and residue of my goods chattels
debts ready money effects and other
my Estate whatsoever both real and
personal and every part and parcel
thereof And I do hereby nominate
constitute and appoint the said
Hannah Charles whole and sole
Executrix of this my Will revoking
all former and other Wills by me at
any time heretofore made and declare
this only to be my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I the
said Testator have to this my last
Will and Testament set my hand and
seal the third day of April in the
Year of our Lord One thousand eight
hundred and twenty one William
